 Didn’t work out, girl? Do not worry, these things happen!

Our Policy

  • All items purchased at full price can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a store credit (we do not offer refunds) Store credits are valid for 12 months.
  • We do not offer returns on sale items.
  • All product(s) must be returned:
    • unworn and unwashed
    • with all original tags still attached
    • not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
    • free of make-up or tan marks
  • Our return form can be downloaded below. Please fill out the form and make sure it is sent back with your garment.
  • If returning items from separate orders, please combine them into one package and include refund forms for each order.

  • Aubrey and Co. is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

Exchange

  • We are happy to offer exchanges; however, we cannot always guarantee your size will be in stock by the time you return it to us. In the event, we do not have your size in stock, we are happy to issue a store credit.
